Refund & Return Policy

At COUNTM3N LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products — Sea Moss Gel, and Hibiscus Tea and Detox — are mostly consumable wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Eligibility: Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

How to Request a Refund: Email us at countm3n@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the request. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
